Posting pictures of our old Traynor 12400 Mixer Amplifier.

I am only posting these here as a service to my brother who might buy this from me.

The name plate and the switches and pots.

Here we see various views of the knobs with various knobs missing. As far as I know they all work.

More views of Knobs

Here are some oblique views of potentiometers and switches.

Here are some shots of the front inputs. We have mostly both XLR and 1/4 inch.

This is two 1/4 inch out jacks. The power cable has yellow electrical tape. There is one gash in the cable. The wall plug is also slight worn so is taped.

The rear of the PA.

This shows the cooling fins. Some are bent.

The wooden sides of the PA

This shows the wooden sides with two cracks in about the middle of each side.

The Feet of the PA.

This displays the feet. All in so so shape but not broken.

Music education.

I am considering music courses this fall term. I looked at the practical courses at Algonquin College. Some are just shopping guide courses and most are no longer than 2 days. There are courses at Carleton University too where I could study one course either in popular music as a lecture or a practical materials of music course. I haven't been in a music class room since 1972.

I am buying a new mixer for our PA system.

I am buying a 16 channel Berhinger Eurorack mixer for our PA system. The mixer is costing 378$ from Song Bird Music http://www.songbirdmusic.com/. I still owe 218$ on this mixer due September 11th.

My brother is interested in buying our old power mixer the Traynor 8 channel.

I now have to buy a power amp. I also need some recording gear. I also bought Garage band for my Macintosh computer. I now need an audio to computer interface.
