I read about CD's and DVD's and other digital back up and storage devices.

I read about the various specifications of CD's and DVD's and also floppies, hard drives, zip disks, etc. in one desktop audio book from the U library. I guess I now know a little more about these devices and how best to store music made on computer. I need to get our tunes into digital storage. I will need some gear to do this. Yes it is time to turn my old eMac into a digital workstation.

I wrote some music tonight on my bass.

I wrote a few licks on my bass tonight. The tune is not complete and is only three sections and one section is only four notes aka the Ramones, (G-D-G-D-G-D-G-D then F#-E-F#-E-F#-E-F#-E) the other notes are a rockabilly/12 bar pattern aka the Buzzcocks with (A-C#-D-E) for four times then the opposite down the scale rather than up on the next string the D string. So (A-G-F#-D). Then a two note rhythum with D ta ta ta ta C taaaata aka kick drum bit.
